Situated in the picturesque village of New Abbey six miles from Dumfries, we serve a range of light meals and teas and run a thriving shop which sells the local produce which makes our tearoom so popular!

We are situated next to the striking and historic Sweetheart Abbey, and elsewhere in the village is the fascinating New Abbey Corn Mill and Shambellie House Costume Museum . The beaches and scenery of the Solway Coast are just a short drive down the road.

Although we do not have a drinks licence we are very willing to open and serve your own wine to you. We cater for vegetarians and our helpful staff will be only to pleased to help with any dietary requirements. We have full disabled facilities.

We also welcome coach parties by prior arrangement.
